Board Roles and Responsibilities

Partner with Leadership to Advance Our Mission

Work with brightpeak to ensure that we are helping young Christians gain financial security and confidence, adding your own experiences and knowledge to the cause.

Serve as Organization Ambassadors

Help spread brightpeak’s mission, allowing even more people to understand how we can help with their love and money relationship.

Care for Both Employees and Our Members

Use available member resources to create events in your area to help the non-profit groups you support. At brightpeak, we’re serious about making communities better.

Our Board Members

Leah Pagh - Finance Director

Elk River, MN
  • Occupation: Wedding & Event Planner

  • Hobbies: Vacations to warm places, spending time with friends, reading (but honestly, I have young kids so never get much time for this)

  • Fun fact: My husband and I met working at a Pronto Pup stand when I was 14. (If you aren't from Minnesota, a Pronto Pup is similar to a corn dog.)

  • Why are you excited to serve on brightpeak’s board? I love that brightpeak seeks to serve an audience that is often overlooked (young families/stay at home moms); these families need God, strong relationships, control of their finances, and peace of mind in case the worst happens.

What Our Board Does

The brightpeak Chapter Board of Directors consists of members of brightpeak financial elected to the Chapter board by their fellow members (Yep, you guessed it, that means YOU). They are charged with managing and administering funds that support and inspire hands-on service, education and fundraising activities that address unmet needs in our communities.

How We Help Our Communities

We do this through programs such as our League of Samaritans. The most common uses of funds include purchasing needed supplies and paying for the costs associated with project implementations. Board Members then encourage our community to participate!

Other Perks of Serving on the Board

A few perks include super-sweet resume buffing, insider details on what’s next for brightpeak, and all the warm squishy feelings you can handle for making a difference in your community.

When We Meet

In 2018, we are meeting March 6, June 5, September 4, and December 4. Each meeting occurs from 6:30 - 8pm CST. Current members of brightpeak financial are welcome to attend an upcoming Chapter meeting via phone at:
• Dial in to 866.204.7950
• Conference Code 41280869
